Our proprietor, Steve Beck (aka "The Bugman") has been killing bugs since he was but a wee lad. Steve's father, Russell "Ginger" Beck, owned and operated Ace Exterminating for over 50 years. Steve learned the business at an early age, but more important than learning the business, he also learned that a successful business is built on happy customers and long time clients and friends.
We have a special relationship with many of our clients, some of them have been with us since Steve was learning the trade with his dad, others we have just met, and still others we haven't met yet. We are a small business committed to keeping our clients satisfied and bringing you high quality work at a very affordable price.
Being a family owned business give us a special advantage over big, overblown services. We all have a personal stake in our customers happiness. If a customer is ever unhappy, we know that our good name and reputation are on the line.
